bye bro! Why you join AnimePaper?
I start to using forum from MT.. But the user there totally don't respect my Idea..
So, I quit.. Then, when I start to find Galaxy Angel wall, I found this web!
When I look at tons of the wall, I got suprised and join!
I join this forum because the Nice Wallpaper, and a Good Forum Community..

No other place had the School Rumble wallpaper I wanted.

Cause of the clean layout (other sites are way tacky) and loadtimes are decent. wallpapers are top notch for the most part. and having access to a good amount of quality scans are always a plus.
Well first I stumbled upon AP when I was looking for wallpapers that I could use for my desktop... and at first I would say that I like this site because of a vast collection of anime wallpaper (since I really love anime a lot). The wallpapers created by the members here are really great and somehow inspire me to do much better in the field of graphics and make my own wallpaper (although I really haven't started making one yet)
Second, I would say that the site is really good... the design is cool and simple to my eyes and I really like the forum since I could speak out regarding anime and manga which I could not do in other forum since those are not anime/manga related forum. I also see that unlike other forum, every opinion here is respected (well thats how I see it) because there won't any members who would bash or flame you constantly. Although I don't know any of the moderator.administrator here, I think they are doing a good job in moderating the forums here.

I am currently into Tenjou Tenge and I wanted to persuade my friend to look beyond the biases of fanservice and inexplicably large boobs and delve into the story that is Tenjou Tenge. I was explaining the part about Maya being this chibi girl and transforming into this sexy woman because she was conserving all her ki. He couldn't quite get it so I tried looking for pictures that would prove my point. It was so hard looking for pictures that I resorted to looking for anime galleries. I know that looking for anime galleries would be tougher but I had to do it. And then I stumbled on AP. I saw *awesome* tenjou tenge scans and I couldn't get my eyes off them. Not knowing the rules, I thought AP was a normal anime gallery, I tried downloading one. And then that's when I realized it wasn't *that* kind of gallery. I eagerly signed in, got acquainted with the rules and then realized I got a whole lot more.
Fabulous wallpapers left and right and awesome scans... I was in graphic heaven! I didn't even realize I was earning papers because the forum topics were interesting.
So that's my AP story. ^___^

Now for my story...
I wander across the internet once in a while in desperate search for scans and other images to use for avatars and banners. It wouldn't be long till I would come upon AnimePaper and I was quite thrilled to see what was available to me. Just like pyreleaf above me, I didn't realize what exactly the system was. At the time, I needed only a few images which I found interesting. I eventually became inactive.
It was only yesterday that I was re-introduced to AnimePaper and I was encouraged to post and test my luck at trying to be regular on a forum. She actually encouraged me by showing off a couple of Tenjo Tenge scans which I simply adored because they were that of Maya. I'm sure that you can guess by now who it was that got me back here and posting. *points above*
I joined because it has my fav. anime and it has very nice wallpapers...

i was looking for wallpaper material but i couldn't find a particular tenjou tenge scan. until i landed here. it costs paper so might as well join. to my surprise, i ended up posting a lot in the forums since i am a forum guy. i also like the works of other artists here. i gave it a shot at first, it was rejected. well, i'm now so afraid of submitting my work now so i post it somewhere else first to see if they like it... unfortunately i'm not getting replies from that site :( but that's another story.
my reason now for joining and wanting to stay here:

nice community involvement and interaction
more friends (just noticed there are a lot of filipinos here too :D

I joined Paper, because it is very unique. I mean no other forum has cool wallpapers and awesome scans. Also you have to post a certain amout of posts to view the awesome wallpapers and scans :D So I like it here. Also you have to post alot to view them so it will make you active.
