Hmm... most of the manga I read already ARE animes. Well, I'd actually like to see Desert Coral animated. It's not talked about a lot, but it's a pretty awesome series. I'd bet the music for it would be awesome too >3 Shinshi Doumei Cross would be awesome as an anime, though when Arina's manga is animated, sometimes the art for the anime doesn't really compliment the beautiful art of the manga. (I hated the FMwS anime)
I'm slowly dying from Fake deprivation. I think it would make the perfect 13/26 episode anime. Hell, I think it would even make good live-action! It's unstoppable! (Just seeing JJ live action would be enough to make me cry).

I think d gray man would make an awesome action anime!! and mieru hito...even though only like 2 or 3 volumes are out. it's similar to bleach, but if they make the anime a high quality production, it has a lot of potential!! i think korean manhwa should also be animated (and fan subbed =P ) b/c they're really growing in popularity. so far, they've only been turning manhwa into movies instead of animated series' @_@

Rumours have been circulating about that possibility for so long now . . . there's certainly enough material for a second series, already.
Don't give up hope, though. They are currently releasing Hellsing OVAs that will cover the main story arc, after years of waiting for the manga to progress. So there's still hope for these older series.
I think I'd like to see Korean manga animated, such as Model, Chonchu, and Snowdrop. Also, Blade of the Immortal, but not until the manga is actually finished.
