In order: Comedy, drama, mecha, action are my favorite genre's.
My favorites are in this order: Comedy, Action, Romance, Drama, Ecchi.
Action comedy maybe... my personal favorite would have to be romatic/comedy/drama.
Perhaps a bit of everything? SOME drama, comedy, romance (although I can live without it), and maybe other stuff. Depends on the mood I'm in, although I like pretty much all genres.
Ecchish comedy like Green Green, Oh! My Goddess!, or Tenchi Muyo! Close second are genres like scifi and fantasy (Ghost in the Shell and Haibane Renmei). A bit of the darker edge, usually.
My favorite style of anime is comedy. i just love laughing. smiling is good for the soul, so a good comedy is great.

Mine would be romantic comedy
First ones goes to Mecha anime. I looove Mecha anime very much! I don't really cares about others, but I can watch mecha anime everyday! And it thanks to NGE that I got intrested in mecha anime! (it's also my first anime that I've watch!)
Second is probably, Shounen (or Shounen-ai). Since I HATE shoujo-anime very much, I've been watching shounen anime instead. My interest in Shounen-ai only started on Sukisyo... After that Loveless. I've never seen anything else. It was after those two series finished, I've started watching Gravitation & Yami no Matsuei. Well, to be honest, I'd rather watched Shounen-ai than shoujo anime!! Shoujo anime, shucks!!
The third ones is comedy. But I haven't watch any lately. I wanna watch He Is My Master (HIMM)... They said it was funny.. But seeing the maids dress made me had a second thoughts. That's coz I hate ecchi anime too. There's a lot of fanservise in HIMM...

Hmz... it's hard to choose...but I think I'll set mecha as first.. I really like mecha anime, awesome effects and graphics =D~! hmz...second..will be action or drama =/.. something like that...like chobits (is that drama??or..ow well) and third will be comedy...comedy is fun...but I'm not really into those comedy...I rarely watch them although pita ten and azumanga daioh are funny.

Shoujo-ai first... then Sci-fi fantasy. They can do some awesome effects in anime that look really lame if attempted in a live action show. And then I suppose mecha, but that often combines with sci-fi, which is usually when I prefer it.
