Parents watching anime?!

Well, anime is kinda popular around the teenagers, but what about your parents? do they like anime? It's kinda odd wathicng your parent with "dragon Ball" in the TV right? hahaha...maybe your parents give you the habit of anime, who knows...
as my experience, my parents don't like anime, but for some excpetions...for example, I remember that my mother watched Dragon Ball with my borther and I, and we could ask her something about a thing and she told us hahaha, I think she really liked Dragon Ball...Also "Spirited Away" was very interesting for my parents, both mother and father, they were like the times you don't want to be interrupted in the climax of a movie?

I think this topic had already existed somewhere within this forum, but it's drown somewhere coz it's not stickied. You shouldn't make a topic that is already made by someone else. I think an admin or mod will lock this pretty soon..

NO! They hate anime and my hobbies! HRRRR!!
Yeah my parents used to watch it. my dad is more into it than my mom only becuse he just wants to watch something. so sometimes he would watch with us. but now not so much. XD
My mum said she watched stuff like Voltron and Voltes V back when they were in the Philippines. Today, my mom looks at my hobbies and asks about the anime of today, she likes love comedy series like Ouran or Bo-BoBo. But she doesn't like the romance anime I'm watching like Kanon 2006 or Otome Boku. But my mom does watch some anime so yeah.

The day my dad watches a full episode of anime hell would've frozen over a dussin times. My mom on the other hand could probably appriciate some anime movies I guess, but I doubt she'll ever try.
