Has anyone watched "r.o.d, the paper sister",and plz comment, i personally really, it is one of my favourite, which i finished 1 day, fo full version. has anyone watched?

Nope. Saw the original Read or Die. Saw some of R.O.D. The TV... but that's it. If it's R.O.D. I'm sure it is great. The art and music in that series is amazing.. ^_^

Yeah R.O.D. TV is an amazing series, definitely one of my favorites

Yeah I never heard that too is the "paper sisters" another OVA or something?
I feel that the OVA is better. The TV series is kinda draggy and throws in alot of unneeded elements or plots. But overall still the average anime. I like the OVA better as its all action action and more action. Straight to the point and then, more action !! wahaha
Its full name i think it is, R.O.D the tv, read or die i guess, thats its full name but some website, write the paper sister, go and have a look, it is a good anime

I have watched read or die (OVA), and dream or die (the TV), and like both. the characters are interesting, and the story line too. watched it 2-3 times. I think it's a very good anime.

THe only bad thing about the OVA is it's too short. It would have also been cool to get a little more background and character development...but I loved the main character...the character who is not really in the TV series much...which is probably why I haven't watched all of the TV series yet.I feel that the OVA is better. Hmmm... i was already familiar with the OVA but i watched the ROD TV first. after the first half of the series (the dokusensha chapter), i got a hold of the OVA and after the OVA i continued with the next half. i believe that's a nice sequence, i mean the way i watched it. though i believe that the ova came out first (or am i wrong?)
eitherway, the 3 sisters are a really good combination i say. good mix of characters, including the OVA "originals". never expected that joker-san would turn out to be the antagonist in the TV series. but it ended really well.
what i like best in this anime is the soundtrack. nice retro-jazzy music. the opening music for both the TV series and the OVA were superb that it gave me the beat...
now, if you mentioned that there is that "the paper sisters" OVA, then i'll definitely look for that.

You should watch the OAV first. It came out a significant while before the TV series, which is a sort of indirect sequel. It was one of the best, well-made series of that season, in my opinion with a good balance of drama, action and comedy. You have to watch it in order (OAV, then TV) for the best effect :P
