bye bro! My solution for free market anime
In order to get all then anime we want in the United States. I think the United States should annex Japan to United States territory. Japan once tried to imperialize the Pacific and and the coastal countries of Asia to expand thier markets and gain natural resources. The United States should follow Japan's exmaple and use it on Japan to gain more anime. If the United States gained Japan, Japanese anime can be in English, and we can gain Japanese markets, which include anime.
Um, I don't really like that idea. For one, imperializing other countries seems wrong to me, and two, I doubt the US would do that just so they can get some anime. It's just not realistic.

I think,it'll be strange if the anime use english language like the wau they doing in english dubbing.

That actually doesn't seem like a very good plan. For one thing, imperialization would get the United States in a lot of trouble from other nations who dislike it. Besides, wasn't imperialism the exact thing we tried to stop in World War II?
Personally I am all for the US annexing Japan. The whole world for that matter. We will be united, by any means necessary.
It won't be united when everyone starts launching nukes on us.
