I would like to learn Mandarin so I will be able to speak both of the chinese languages without any problems(Since I already know how to speak Cantonese). I would be able to talk to any chinese person without too much problems.

Besides english, I speak french, as it is my native language, and also spanish. And learning japanese would be nice, if I had the time to do so...
I speak Portuguese, a wee bit of German and I want to learn Japanese. Portuguese is my first language since I'm from Brazil and speak it at home with my parents and family (I now live in the U.S...). I took a class on German once but I forgot almost everything that I learned.
I know English of course... I wouldn't be here right now if I didn't.

Aside from english I know how to speak fluent mandarin (graduated from Grade 12 in Canada few years ago...it was all too easy compared to what I had learned in Asia), a little Taiwanese, some french (forgot some already), can understand Cantonese more than I can speak it most of the time, some Japanese (from watching anime and interacting with my cousin who is taking Japanese classes at univ), and a tiny bit of italian (a book with some italian references is really getting me into the whole language and culture).
I want to learn more Japanese

I speak french as my primary language but as you can see, I can speak english to. :P
I speak Romanian (that's my native language), English (which I know about as good as Romanian, since I've been studying it for about 12 years now), a little bit of French (although my accent is absolutley horrible and I couldn't make myself understood if my life depended no it ^_^'), and Japanese. I kinda like learning foreign languages, I think they offer you a slightly different perspective on life.
Apart from English, I speak German as it's my mother tongue and a little french and Spanish. I'm hopeless at French though ^_^- just not my language, although I really found it sounds nice! - and I haven't been learning Spanish for long, but find it easier than French. Would like to learn more languages though!
My first language is chinese..and then English..and i have to learn Malay coz i live in Malaysia...=.=
i would like to learn Japanese ^^
