Explosion VS Implosion

Which is worse - A person is explosive or implosive in character? Was talking to someone and this question came to mind. Explosive character would vent out all their anger and frustrations on people that do damage to others first before damaging themselves. Implosive characters would first destroy themselves within and slowly drag everyone into the black hole that's in the person.
I was just wondering what you guys think. Explosive affects everyone that's in the area when the explosion takes place. Implosion affects everyone like an invisible poison and disease which some get out of and some get pulled into.
I was inclined towards implosion being more dangerous but when I though about it, explosion does have its dangers as well.

What one cannot see is the most dangerous of all, I believe. At least if you can see it, you can do something about it. If you can't, you won't notice it already has you in its grasp. x_x

Well, in terms of science, explosion is much more dangerous than implosion. If you depressurize a Coke can and submerge it into water, the can will implode, but nothing gets sucked into the can.
I personally think both are equally dangerous.

Hrmm, I guess I didn't make it clear heh. I was referring to an explosive or implosive character. One who either vents frustration or anger on people on on self. Both have their dangers, of course. Just wondering who thinks which is worse with an opinion
If you're talking psychologically I think it's hard to say which is worse. I guess you have to look at each person individually rather than trying to generalise something like this.
Yeah, I'm talking psychologically. Of course the level is always different case by case. What I'd like to know is which one is worse. Let's say there's a person and you can actually decide if this person is an implosive or explosive character - which would you choose if these are the only options open? And why that choice instead of the other? There's a really fine line between the two and I'm kind of wondering who is able to define out that line... :faint:

Explosive is eventually more dangerous, because rather than getting affected in small increments over time, in which you might forget, explosive characters let everything out in one shot as to get rid of all of their stress and since it could possibly be a big matter you're more likely to be affected. The thing with with explosive is that things are let quickly rather than build up.
Implosive can be just as dangerous for the reason that events that sparked more anger or stress can affect someone else even if they had nothing to do with something. Also, since it's a build-up it can possibly be released more dangerously than an explosive character, since everything can be let out at once.
They're both really just as bad as the other, but it really depends on the situation on when it's released.

Yeah, I know that you are talking about personalities, so I said that they are both equally destructive.
Of course, it all depends on the person. I don't think many people are purely explosive or implosive.

Well, bases solely on casualty rates, imploding would be worse. Getting really depressed, hating yourself, and dragging everyone else into oblivion with you is by far the more dangerous of the two. I mean, just look at Shinji o_O
If someone has problems they shouldn't keep it bottled inside or oneday someone might push them over the edge leading to even more problems.
On the other hand explosions do effect things around them.
