Age
I feel that i have alot more expierence and wisdom than people would think for my age (22). very few people listen to my advise but those who do thank me for my help i dont know why but i feel i understand somethign better than those who are older. Of couse there are thing i have problems with when it comes to older people, like how they think of some one with an idealistic dream is wasting their time or if the person wants to change soemthing they think that is stupid for reasons not based on the adea but the fact of change itself. Some times i feel like older people have given up. I hope that never happens to me.
If you have trouble with anything do not be sad or frightened for through experience one gains wisdom and knowledge.

At the moment I'm 25 years of age. I don't have problems to post to topics. But I think you always should first read what others have posted to really get the current status of a discussion. I also don't post at topics, which aren't interesting to me or that I don't know anything about, just to get some paper.
Getting to the question of communication with older/younger members or persons in real-life, I can say that for me it's not interesting how old someone is, as long as he or she has a friendly character and the conversation is at a good level.

Im 16 turning to 17 in just 2 month ~_~
in answering the topic, it is based on my knowledge, experience, and of course, personal oppinion...
well, it doesnt matter if you are 19... a vast ammount of knowlege will cover your "19 years old" problem.... and there are many younger ones who gives out better arguement than those who are older (when replying to a topic that talks about problems)
well, in the net, you age doesnt matter actually..., we are all same here.... what differ us is our knowledge... so, be smarter, expand your knowledge... so you will be a well known member in a forum... and hopefully, thru all net (sounds really impossible eh `-~)

I'm 20 but people always say that i don't behave my age.
I have absolutely no problem talking to those younger than me (even toddlers) or those older than me.
Those who are younger than me, especially kids...they're really easy to deal with if you know how. (and they're cute).
As for teenagers, they're not that hard to talk to. I have quite a number of teenage friends (younger than me) and i'm pretty close to them. (They've NEVER treat me as their 'elder sis' or 'senior' or anything like that before...hmm, back in high school, when i was a prefect, they weren't even the least bit scared of me..even when i threatened to minus their points off for misbehaving..hmm)
As for those older than me, that's easy. Just respect them the way you would have wanted those younger than you to do so. After all they are your 'nii-san and nee-san' right?
And those even older than that, i'd smile and put on my best behavior...but at the same time, approach them the way i would have done when i wanted to befriend someone new.
Manners count...but sometimes, all you need to do is be friends with them and talk to them the way you would have talk to your own friends..except, more politely this time.
Haha.

Well I'm 13, but it's not very hard for me to communicate with people older then me. I'm told all the time I'm mature for my age so I usualy understand most things like an adult would. I act retarted a lot though so I'm also as mature as I should be for my age. One can never get too cocky.
I'm 15, and even if I'm young, it's not that hard to communicate with people who are older than me. And if I ever have trouble posting at a certain topic, I just don't reply or google it up to make sure that what i'm posting is accurate.
I am just 16

Im quite young...but not young enough to have all the trouble going on in my life excluded.
I have lived through 19 winters so far. It's true, sometimes you have a tough time answering from lack of experience, but age isn't always an indication of experience. Even though I'm just 19, I've lived in over 7 different countries and visited a heck lot more, so I am pretty experienced in terms of culture and having a different view of the world. But of course, areas such as marriage or jobs I don't have experience, that's where I can't speak for much, but we don't have many topics like that in this forum as far as I've seen.
Interact with older people? It's not hard, I mean okay, you feel odd sometimes cause you talk to someone casually when they're old enough to be your father or something, however, after you talk and communicate you don't have that much of a problem anymore, well that's from my experience.

Um, retarted?
I don't really understand your point.
My sister is only 15 and she acts a lot more mature than me..that's embarrassing actually. Haha.
But, i can be mature at times too, if i want to.
All i need to do is dress up differently, remove the cutesy hairclips from my hair and put on a bit more makeup.
And oh yeah, stop smiling and talking too much.
Heh.
222 and gettin older by the day...lool..jk im still young and crazy...
although i just had a daughter ..so im kinda chilled now...lol..

That's not really what maturity is about, though. That only makes you look like a grownup. One can be a grownup and still be immature.
I'm 21, but I think more along the lines of a 40+ male. At least that's what I keep getting whenever I'm asked/polled. I think a lot of times my responses come from either personal experience, or just overall personal knowledge of the subject. I guess another reason why I've become like this is because of the fact that I've seen and been through more things than most people can imagine. (No I will not elaborate on this, so please don't ask.) I just find that I've been placed in a position where I had to grow up faster than others.

I'm 22 this year, and with age, you will grow more mature.
I reflect on when I was still 17 and just realized how different I was then and now.
and now I see things differently, and I'm not into playing games anymore, more conscious of money usage and more considerate of people.
I really love myself for being like that. :)
