Well I just finished the series, the last DVD released in the US today. I remember buying the first DVD on a whim thinking the show looked kinda lame but I needed an anime fix. In no time at all I totally was in love with the Sora's ambitious and optimistic attitude. Even though the show comes through as being for a younger audience even someone at my age (21) and a guy at that, could totally enjoy and be absorbed by it. The end was perfect i'd say. No Bebop style stuff, no Eva style stuff, just something you can relate to and understand. I havn't seen the last DVD yet so don't tell me what happens! loli'll probably hafta wait till after christmas though cause i'm so broke x_xyeah, i bought it cause i though..."o...pretty colors."and had downlaoded the first ep right before it had been licensed.i really like it too. it's a real "feel good" anime. and after i eatch i just fell better lolNOW I WANN KNOW WHAT HAPPENS!but don't TELL ME lmao XD

Haha, i wont tell you calm down!!!! hehehe, i definitaly agree about the feel good. This is one of the best shows I've seen in years.I saw it accidentally at a con (I went into the wrong screening room, and couldn't be bothered to move ><), and I thought it was great.I like how it blends all sorts of genres together seemlessly.

I was on a fix of Kaleido Star for a while until I couldn't find any to download.But since I've tasted a little of Kaleido Star, this may be one of the few DVDs I will actually buy just because it's that good.Sora is fine. I also like the comedy.

To be honest I thought that I would hate this series, it seemed a little too colorful for my taste. But I was pleasantly surprised and I really liked Kaleido star. the only problem I had were the filler episodes that followed some of the more uninteresting characters. but Sora's never give up attitude seems to make up for alot, a very solid anime.

Wow, same here. I have the first 3 DVDs for this one mainly because I was like "oh pretty covers!" But I didn't watch them. I'd been buying the artbooks from the series for a while, but I'd never even seen it. So I was so happy when it turned out to be such a good show, even the music has won me over. I like how they imitate the Cirque du Soleil style music for the shows.I haven't seen one of these kinda shows for a while. Haha, yep it's true. I though I would not like it but I did not have anything to watch and I keep seeing it in my local library so I just check one out, and then I was hooked. It was a great show and seeing the personality of each person and how perverted fool is.

Haha, i love this show.. does not have a real story.. well.. Sora wants the be the true Kaleido Star and so on.. but that's it. But I'm always so astonished when they perform new acts and so on.. I was like O_O when I saw the great "battle" between Rosetta and Sora~
And everytime I see Jonathan peform with the small girl I have to laugh XD
