Wondering if anyone played this game! It's practically identical in gameplay to Dynasty Warriors except for the history/characters. The story is historical, most of Koei games are historical anyway, so the characters are based off of real people in history. So you can learn a bit of Japanese history, too. =)My favorite character is Yukimura Sanada, he reminds me of the Zhao Yun in Dynasty Warriors & RotTK. I have him maxed out in all this stats but getting his fifth and final weapon in the Summer Campaign at Osaka is so difficult, since I have to get it on the Hard level. His stats are maxed, he has his fourth weapon, I even played it with my bro just to get his fifth weapon, but either we both die, time runs out, or the Supply Team never showed up. I played it over 10 times and I keep dying! =| Sigh...Anyone got his fifth weapon? If so, any tips? Heard it was easier in Samurai Warriors Extreme Legend but I don't have that game. =|Rent it if you want to try it out. It's a great game! I gave Samurai Warriors a shot, but I found it just more of the same from Koei. I guess the saving grace in these games are the intertwining storylines and seeing your favorite historical figures in action, even so I just can't seem to get into it anymore, I hope newer versions will see a desperately needed gameplay overhaul.as for favorite character, I'd have to go with Hattori Hanzo.
