Awesome job on this one Carol. The only things I can see that could maybe make it better is that where the head connects to the neck seems a little off and changing the posing of the arms slightly might improve the silhouette of the image.

Her neck is definitly funky. it's long, and ssuper thin (although i know thats the "anime style")
but more than nothing, her head is too big. the average character is about 7 heads tall. you drew her about 5 and a half heads tall.

Wow, this is really great, but I do have to agree with what was said above. The neck looks extremely thin. Also, maybe it is just me, but her left calf looks a little odd. But this is really awesome, nonetheless. You have done a really good job colouring her too. I definately could not do it that well.
I really dig the clean style. nice work.....but yeah, her head is kinda bobbly.
Although her head looks disconnected somehow, i think it's a great work ^_^v
