It feels degrading to have to create a thread to show my work. Like, it's not right. It doesn't deserve a thread.. too bad the gallery here is for walls and scans only. Anyway, here's a lineart thing I made a while ago:

There are spots I was planning to fix later while I CGed it.. but I lost the CG. Well, no, actually it was lost for a while and then I recovered it but none of the graphic programs on my computer work except for MS Paint. They won't save crap so there's no point in finishing it til.. maybe a week from now. If I have any initiative to do so left. She looks kind of like a druggie >.<
There was another picture I was working on but that died too during a random power outage. Since I couldn't save with the program, I was planning to screenshot the picture when it was finished but noo.. power company hates me.

Beautiful work. Don't worry about creating threads about non-wallpaper scan work, that's the whole point of Artist Alley. You'll never learn from critique if people have nothing to critique. :) Keep up the awesome work, and good luck with the power ;)

You shouldn't be so self-degrading... ^^; In my opinion (geh, does it amount to anything? XD) your drawing is well done overall. However, I don't think that the feathers on the wings are consistant, some points seem well, more "pointy" than others, for lack of a better word that is. I love how you made her hair all fwooshy-like. (XP I need to work on my adjectives...)

Haha yeah.. I did realize the wings look weird due to my inferior tracing skills on the comp. I was planning to fix it later, but I dunno if I have the patience anymore >.< Thanks for pointing that out though.. you reminded me to fix them. Well, that is, if I don't decide to trash them first.. cuz I'm lazy like that and I wasn't really looking forward to coloring wings :X

The line art looks great. Too bad you can't finish it. I'd really like to see how it looks colored. Your coloring skills is very nice. What techniques and programs did you use to color the second drawing? If you ever get to finish the winged drawing don't forget to send me a message. I'd really like to see it finished.
