The artwork is awesome *thumbs up* , but like nuniko said, the hands are too small, and you should do something about the ears...they seem a bit weird to me. But all in all it is really great, I wish I could draw that good ^_^;
I dont dare comment on this art. it is just far too good for my simple words to describe, the emotion captured in this sketch is eternaly beautiful.
