I was rumaging through my old portfolio during a latenight phonecall, when I came across this back drawing that I did. an example of my skewed eye for anatomy. too big to scan so I took a snap shot:

I've discovered muscles that don't exist! XD
I remember using a design pencil for some odd reason, 'EBONY Design' something I think. I loved that pencil, sort of similar to a soft 2b pencil. the rough grain of the paper made the shading fun and easy. you may notice that his head is missing, this is because......

now for the real reason for this thread. another sappy love sketch from evol! >=P

Yes, while that back most definitly has muscles that don't exist, it's still awesome. the shading is great and the texture is smooth, like it should be.
so, nice work on that.
if you drew my back you'd hafta draw so many knots and skewed muscle that it would look far more incorrect lol
as for the other one...you've outdone me again!
although, i hafta say, his hand seems stiff, and should be cupping her hair/head in the other direction.
other than the issue with his hand, i love it. it's absolutly beautiful.
now, since i worked o ut most of the bugs in my piece, i'll get back to inking it.

Wow, Evol! Despite having nonexistent muscles on his back I thought the shading and the piece itself was great. Very smooth lines. As for the drawing, I agree with what Kalico said about his stiff hands. I still think the piece is beautiful and how you drew it is absolutely wonderful. Lots of emotions being portrayed.
