Eden, here is a quick anatomy fix up
also if you had lines for her hair (at the bottom) you shoudl have it for behind her neck as well lol.
Anyways, don't get too worked up onto displaying each individual strand of hair.. focus on more making the hair less stiff (as in loosen it up a fair bit) same with her ribbons from her hat, if the ribbons would flow that way, so would the hair, keep thatin mind (^_^
anyways, keep up the practice! XD

O... Anatomy fixms. Yeah, Im sure you can edit it, but I liked the outfit. ^^
Oh i see... so that's the point... there's no hair at the back of neck... well, i'll edit it... i'm also seeing to be some strange about it... ^_^; sorry guys... and now's edit... go to the top and see again... the hair is appearing! :) hahaha...

Using a reference when you draw is a good tool to get the ideas going and for a little inspiration. but copying a picture outright wont help you in the long run. nice job though, I definitely like your linework.
