Overall I like it. My only concerns are that the figure looks a little blurry, and the newspapers are clustered only around the figure. Other than that, the background looks great, and the extraction is awesome. ^_^

I don't really see the need of the white, cluttered newspapers with a rather radical background like that. It doesn't help in making it look better or more visually appealing. The extraction is nicely done, so don't need to worry much about that, unless you want to correct the tiny shards of blurring that are all around her. My advice to you is to do something about the newspapers and not making so "cluttery." :P

The background is really abstract and cool but I dont see how it fits the scan.

I really like the random blending in the background but the scan just dont blending at all, it's like you are trying to use a special effect bg for a scan but they just dont match, I mean lucy is really scary in this one and the bg has nothing to do with that, this scan is better for a scenic wallpaper, have like a scary background or something.

I think you have enough skills to pull it off just use a different scan for the background or make a different background for the scan.

Anyways just my opinion

Xcf33 is right, the background is cool but it doesn't quite fit with Lucy, there should be some sort of dark and murky background, like it fits into the show or something, and make it bloody, cuz thats a very big element to Elfen Lied.
