What do you do when you feel crappy?
Happiness is a state of mind, as someone informed me recently. You can feel happy whenever you want, but some people get there easier than others. I'm one of those people who never gets depressed, so I can't really say anything for this. When I have a brief moment of unhappiness I usually just sit it off and do what I normally do. Sometimes thinking about the problem resolves it unusually fast ;)
Stare blankly into space for a few hours in my "what if" world. Write when it's rather bad. Make a half-hearted attempt to create some art that's half decent.
Music and a hot drink usually lift my spirits though.

Usually i won't be able to sleep when i reach that point. My mind just won't let go whatever it was that made me stressed/angry. What I do is turn of my cell, close the blinds, crank up my z5500 speakers to the max level and just space out to techno (trance to be more specific). The whole house shakes and you can hear it from a couple houses down the street, but at least people know i want to be left alone there. Usually by the time i get tired of being stressed/angry about 6-8 hours have already passed and its time for the next day to start over

I'll will listen to some Eurobeat to chear me up. Or I'll play Dance Dance Revolution and Beatmania.

I usually listen to music, take a walk, shower, or go to sleep.
For music I usually listen to something that will pump me up. A popular one would be the overplayed "Eye of the Tiger." XD But metal and rock are my first choices when I feel crappy. Hmm, since I am in school most of the time, taking walks are relaxing for me. It is exercise especially since I walk really fast hehe. Taking a bath or shower is always relaxing. It makes my muscles all relaxed and it feels like the steam is carrying away all your "crappiness" (yes, not a real word o__0;;). For some odd reason I always have the urge to go to sleep. Maybe it's because I sleep in 2 chunks though out the day instead of 1 big one. Baadd sleeping pattern. Usually before I go to sleep I try to think of a story and play along with it.
In the case if I am in my car while driving and not at a stop light. I usually scream reallly loud. It makes me feel so much better.

I like going to sleep. Sure, it can be hard to get to sleep when I feel like crap, but when I wake up it's like all my worries were washed away.
Yeah, when I'm in a crappy mood, I usually take a very long and VERY hot shower and think for awhile about why I feel so crappy at the moment. Sleeping is also a good outlet..and maybe playing some killing games to get all anger and stress out. (Sometimes scribbling REALLY hard on some paper works..But I havn't done that in a while ^___^'')

It's been a long time since I've posted on the forums here, but I'm glad to see the discussions are still lively :)
For me, whenever I want to relax, I curl up with a good book, listen to music (pretty much anything and everything, really-anime music included), or write-and writing can be anything from poetry to short stories, to even blogging. I think the latter is probably the best relief for me, because it allows me to get my ideas down, and I after I do, I feel better.

I like to remind myself that in the end your going to get over it and decide that life is much better living in the now than wallowing in the past.
I take a shower or play my guitar *nods*

Stay home alone and watch anime.
Works every time.

I go to my room, block the door (yeah, no locks sadly), down myself with music from my iPod, or when its out of battery, my laptop and then scream in my pillow. :) usually it never fails if you listen to the music continually for about 20 minutes.
When you feel crappy huh? I go out and go train some martial arts in the woods just behind my house, explore new places and stuff over at the woods. If I have a chance (meaning if it's one of the soccer calendar dates for the team) I'll go all out in a soccer match for my team (I'm the type of player that plays way better when I ain't feeling too good emotionally), then finish it off with a long cool shower, works every time. Or if I can't do any of the before, I go and all out on hardcore pc games against hardcore gamers on the net, takes the stress and crappy feeling all the time XD...then complement with anime
to leave my state of mind in high spirits.
Note: Playing those pc games with friends is much more effective than against random gamers on the net to take the crappy feeling away.

When i feel crappy, I do things like take a walk, listen to music... watch some anime that I like, Play so PC games, chills with friend.
Well those are the things i do ... to try to make myself feel better.. they usually work.
