What do you do when you feel crappy?
I listen to music that makes me feel more crappy, seems to be bad idea, isn't it? XD
Then I try to share it with one of my best friends, he knows very well how I feel because he usually feels the same. He's the best person I have never met, not a good friend for anyone but he's the person I needed. :)

Get some music playing and get some sleep or join MSN and talk about what bothers me woth a friend or something...

If my boyfriend is anywhere near me then he is the best way to cheer me up. Otherwise I try to think on something that can make me in a better mood. Sometimes just waiting it out works really great to.
Listen to music, sing with it or dance/move on it. Mostly I eat alot of either cookies or chocolate. Then after a music and I feel a bit better, or not, I watch some television (anime) or read a book or manga. *grins*

I will try to do the music thing but most of the time I just jump on to the best FF Wgame out, FF9 is the best and the story line is great. I get on and train my people like a beast. Or I just watch some anime and it has to be funny and some love stuff...That makes me feel good...

I just go do something I tend to enjoy, whether that be watching some anime, reading, playing a relaxed game etc. Never something that requires too much effort though, because I would likely not be in the mood for something like that. Losing at a game wouldn't do a crappy mood much good. ^^;
I either watch anime or play games... That's why entertainment exists... for escapism
I used to drink a bit of the tipsy juice to get myself out of a low... but that made me even lower later on... but I will confess, in the end it made me more stable xD
Music helps a little, but friends help more... doesn't even have to be friends, could be someone to talk to about BS and get your mind off things. After you pick yourself up a little, do some exercising... the pump will help make you feel even better in the short and long run.
It's normal for me though to have high ups and downs, people are what help me out the most, just the company alone goes a long way even if I don't really want any. Find someway to laugh, even fake laugh, the action of smiling triggers other parts of the brain that the conscious isn't even aware of while you're smiling. xDDDDDDDDD

When I feel down or for whatever reason, I'll either cheer up or drink some water to calm down.

Smoke, Listen to music, or play videogames, particularly something like God of War, it helps a lot to release all your hatred on those games...

When I'm feeling like that, I find the best thing for me to do is to get active! Go for a walk, go for a ride on the moterbike,do the dishes or mow the lawn.Anything to take my mind off whats annoying me. Sometimes I'll try to talk about what's bothering me with someone but they can get really sick of it after a while. One thing that works is to go shopping! Gets really expensive (sigh!) Eating something makes me feel better to sometimes-especially chocolate!
