What do you do when you feel crappy?
Hmmmmm. I usually take it out on a pillow or take a long nap. And there's always listening to musioc. ^^
You know, this is a funny topic.
Funny because when I feel crappy, it's usually when I get out of hand with certain situations. My remedy?
Go to my computer, fire up and game I can see on my desktop and fire/jump/shoot/hack away at whatever game I'm playing. When I want to make it interesting I fire up the nearest portable music player I can find (several MP3 players lol) and play music via my double headphone technique. Use earbuds in my ears, covered by studio headphones blaring the sfx from gaming. Gotta love a new definition of retro gaming lol
Or if a computer is not near my vicinity, I grab one of my Nintendo DS's and and play a game with a hard difficulty. Because I would be in a crappy state of mind, I normally don't complete a level or game because I think "Aw, well here's something else more crappier than me. Stupid A.i. lol"

Myself, I take a bath/shower. I prefer a bath, much more relaxing and I can read a book while I'm doing it. I'll also put on some hyper music, something to annoy the hell out of me before I give in and let myself be happy.

Depends on what kind of crappy mood I'm in. Usually this happens a couple of times a week. So what do I do whan I feel crappy? I drink iced green tea, chew gum, read books, watch tv. I dunno, maybe take a walk for a bit of fresh air...

Play Ragnarok Online and then kill tplayers there...
and of course, not going pro killing but noob killing. Its the best way to release all my anger
or another method would be watching comedy anime. Especially those funny school anime with no big time plot (Azumanga Daioh, Pani Poni Dash, Lucky Star etc..)

I watch some comedic anime series like Azumanga Daioh or Hare + Guu. During bad times, I can always use a good laugh.
Another thing I like to do is to take a bubblebath and read a novel or a manga. It helps me unwind, especially if I had a really lousy day.

I guess i take the normal route and slam my head against the wall until i feel better... or i guess thats not really normal... :P
Never fun. I'll go to sleep, play computer games, read manga/comics, or just do whatever I can to get my attention and focus onto something else. If I don't, sometimes my body will even begin to itch and I'll start to get really irritated.
When I feel bad about myself and my life, I cut myself. I cut myself deeply. Everything feels so much better after that.

When I really feel crappy I sleep. If I can't sleep then that's the time I turn on the computer and immerse myself in surfing the net and doing random stuff.

MMM.I sleep maybe 3 or 4 hours,then i feel good,cya..
I usually play a game (Supreme Commander is a good stress reliever =P) or start to draw something in Photoshop. Also a good old FPS helps sometimes xP Quake i ftw.
When I feel bad my imagination starts to play with me, which is a good inspiration if I want to draw somethin' ^^ So it solves itself

There's a lot of things I can do. Sometimes I'll take a shower, with the radio turned up really loud, or I'll lie on my bed and listen to loud music while staring at the radio and just think things out. Another good thing to do is to go out for a really brutal run, especially if it's sort of cold out, and it makes me forget all of my troubles for a while and helps me calm down. Playing the piano is also good, too.

I feel crappy right now, its finals week and boy do I have a lot of finals left. So yes now for me would be a good time to be feeling crappy. On a side note I hope every one is doing better than myself.
