Yea, uh one of my attempts at anime-realistic sketching...

Technique wise, its incredible, but sorry, to me, it just doesnt look like itashi... I would say that this one has a to puppy eyes look...... (and that thing in his hand... if its a mask, its too small !!)

but thats just me >8D

Lol yea I had problems translating the eyes of itachi into something realistic and yes that is a mask...it was just kinda slapped on after the original pose looked kinda bland...

I'll try and fix the eyes to make him look a little more badass...this is the 3rd complaint I've recieved about the eyes, apparently they make him look girlish

Mmmm a little hint after watching some of my fav itachi's images..... the eyebrows... make em straiter, and serious looking.... and concentrating more in the eyes, make the top eyelid straighter as well... not too much though, or youll lose the realism touch... (these are just hints, to pull them off is hard...)

and one more thing..... after watchin those itachis images.... I realized something as well... aparently in some of the images itachi has long hair at the back of his neck, not too long tho, like a litl farther from the shoulder (its just not noticiable since mos of the times its covered by that akatsuki jacket....) although Im not that sure... gotta check that depeer, but I need to get my naruto episodes back from my friend for that....

alright... those are my itachis caracteristics that I dont see in your caracter...... (thats just me again tho...) and a probable reason why people might say he looks like a girl.... he has big eyes and small nose, he just look to fragile xD but on the other hand, in the east aparently the more girlish you look the more beautiful you r... x3

Nice! The arm doesn't look quite right to me (though I can't pinpoint why), but your marking system is gorgeous~! It's got a wonderful sense of marking, especially in the face and hair (which I LOVE). OMG the hair looks great. The shading is a little bulky on his arm and sword, but otherwise...nice job! Keep up the good work, okay?
