Well I think it's good that you're attempting to draw a picture that has a lot of motion, but the coloring makes it hard too look at for me. I think you should work on body proportions, because the leg of the guy in the air looks a little too small. I think the hands are also too small for the thickness of the arms. The expression of the faces are kind of calm (even nice) compared to the "I'm so frickin cool" look that I normally see him with. Nice start though, you'll improve with practice.

The coloring is cool but the proportions are odd. The top guy, his legs are way too short and so is his body. The shoulders are dislocated and his hair line is off a bit.
The bottom guy, his face is pointing out a bit too much, his body is positioned weird (kind of squiggly!) and his knees are too high.
So next time you draw (or whatever this is paint?) watch out for those things. Proportion is the key to making a drawing work. Hope you keep it up! I love seeing people's drawings and how they progress. (check out my artwork if you want)

Kool picture, but i didn't see a mouth on the bottom guy. the background look good. the outfits are ok. the guns seem to be um.... croked. but when you look at it all its good.
