Reno makes the wallpaper really good, but i think the background is a lil too Flashy, it blinds me and makes reno losing his standing out ness
Do you think making it a little less bright would help?
The background seems a little too bright. I like the randomness of it, but it detracts from the main image. Maybe try toning it down just a little. Other than that I think it looks great.

You need to improve the extraction on the hair. The problem is ther'es a lot of background white left and it looks most odd. It looks like you've shrunk the scan and then extracted, but really you need to be working on high res scans and then shrinking.
Also, I still find the chara gets lost in the bg a little too much. I'd think about adding something that'll help pop him out, or tweaking the bg colours a little to make more of a clear difference. Last one's more personal taste.

There is unfortunately nothing I can do about the hair. I know it looks like its cutout bad but its not. Its just white at the ends. I made another one with lines around him but it looks wierd. Should I just turn in the one without lines?

But...I think without lines look better. You did a nice job extracting the character. ^-^ Very nice clean cut-offs. Bravo.
But the background...first, do you want us to tell that it's a bunch of Renos? If you do, they maybe you shouldn't use so many, I can barely tell they are Renos. But if you think it's just there, you just want a background, doesn't matter if you can't tell it's him, then I suggest use a different color. Reno's hair is already so red...with a black or some other color background it can make him stand out.

Yeah besides white and red background, why not like...... Black and blue or something :) you know, black for his coat.. :D and blue for subordinate of red
Good point Fellex, he needs something that can contast his colors. His Character needs to stand out more.
To be honest, I didn't cut out the image so props go to him/her. Well, here is a blue version. Tell me what you think. I want to turn this in by tonight and work on a new project or a forgotten project from before. Thanks for your advice everyone, I've learned a lot these past few days.
