The worst Final Fantasy

Well, ^^
For me the worst FF is the FF8. why? ok:
1.- the game system, draw and junction magic made this game an infinite "fight" or "gf" magic is totaly useless cos if you use magic(juncioned whit your stats) you lose stats.
2.-the story, at the begining was ok, but later the story centalice only and ONLY in squall and rinoa, no more story for the rest of the cast.
3.-Squall?? wtf is him! is a really baaaaaaaad copy of Cloud, he´s practically a mongoloid antisocial.
4.-dificulty... at the end of the 2nd disc whit lvl 99 (no lvling) and kill sefier in 1 hit sux.

I still haven't played every single FF game, but so far for me, FF5 is the worst.
Well, the gameplay and job system in it are great, but the story drags it down so much to the point of being unbearable.

I didn't feel ff8 was that bad... it could be improved but it wasn't that bad...

Final Fantasy 8, hands down. There was no plot whatsoever. And when there was, it was all over the place. The battle system also has got to be the worst I've seen. Leveling was a pain because you never gain EXP from bosses. You end up having to waste energy running around fighting regular enemies just to level up.

FF8 is in my opinion the worst ff game because of the trashy junction system and the battle system. it was just annoying always to draw every magic spell from your enemy just to boost your stats. in that way you also weren't allowed to cast one of them in order to hold your stats at a high level. and then there was the battle system. i just hated the way to use limit/trance whatever (you know what i mean).

I don't think so! FF8 is my favorite RPG game!
I thought ff9 was the worst, probably since I thought the ending blowed... I never played or watched someone play ff5, so I wouldn't know... oh yeah.. ffx-2 was pretty bad. some of the side quests were completely stupid.

Heh, i loved FFVi. Anyhow, I hated FFX-2. It's defiantly the worst. Here is what I think >>> The story was lame and it ruined the ending in FFX which I loved so much. The gameplay was annoying because of all the places that I had to return to and go through again, again and again. I hated what they did with Yuna. She became as annoying as any character can get. Plus everyone else got even more hyper. The music in this game is one of the worst in final fantasy series. I am not into techno when I have to listen to it a lot over and over again. The story was bleh. I personally couldn't care less to go on a search for Tidus. Plus, all of those boring minigames, ugh... <<<

Well... I hated FFX-2 too. The customes are too flamboyant and the design is too girly IMHO... the gameplay is really far from what we used to get from typical FF games.
I have only played FFVII, FFVi, FFIX and FFX. The worst of those is FFIX. The reasons are:
1. The main character is too short and ugly.
2. Steiner's strongest weapon is impossible to get it, even if you do get it it won't be worth wasting all the other precious items you could get.

If you have played the FFs prior to FFVII --- FF 1 - 6 actually have midgets. :)
The short characters in FFIX is just looking back to its roots (the midgets) LOL. Honestly I'm not impressed with FFIX's character design but they are not as bad as those FFX-2's girls who literally dresssed-to-kill. They look ridiculous.
