Who is this woman ? She remerbers me on Final fantasy somehow. But it should be sharper (sounds strange if i say it like this). Thats the only thing i would change. The rest is okay i think.

Defenatly the scan is wrong, its too blury make it sharper then it would be a decent wall ^^

I like the idea behind this although there are a few things you need to sort out.

As everyone else has mentioned you need to sharpen the image of the characters. Vectoring them maybe a way to do it, if you can't make it any clearer in photopshop. The image is really cuteand the main focal point in the wallpaper so it's a shame it's so blurry.

The onther thing I think that needs work is the text. The transparent text with the the pale drop shadow really ruins the feel of the wallpaper for me. I suggest you either get rid of the text completely or you do some majour changes. Text is really hard to get right. I suggest you go to dafont.com and find a better more interesting font. Then you should experinment with different sizes and postitons on the wall, even encourperating some brush work could make it look good. Try to make it look more pretty.
