summer or winter
Would you rather spend a vacation on a summer sunshine beach playing in the sand and eating ice cream or would you rather go to a nice and icey village and sit in starbucks(or any cafe) drinking hot choc?
i like both but its a dillema when you get asked where would you like to go for holiday.
dont know really,where would you go appart from japan(-_- cant affard it, i really wanna go there tho...)

I'm never satisfied... all summer I complain about how hot it is, and then as soon as November rolls around I start thinking "gawd, this weather sucks... how soon can I get OUT of here and onto a cruise-ship or an island, or anything?"

I have to agree with FastFive, you either complain about the hot weather or the cold one, we sure are stingy ^^.
Personally I love winter, but not too cold until you can't even go out. The same with summer, it's better if the sun is not killing and frying you.
I do love to eat ice cream in the middle of winter ^^ the cone doesn't melt that fast, so i don't have to be un a hurry to finish it.

I prefer to be freezing cold and numb than burning hot and sweaty. . . and i love snow :) dont get enough of it around here

Well, I dont like tans or snowfight. When you're in the summer, you'd wish for winter. In winter, you'd wish for summer. I love Autumn. I only time fo the year whihc isn't too colsd or hot. And no tan or snowball fight.
Where I live, I get a nice dose of each season. I enjoy each one as they are and thats the best thing I can do. ^__^
In the summer I enjoy the summer. In the winter I enjoy the winter. My other favorite seasons are spring and autumn. I always like them when they roll around, too.
I'd rather have the weather be too cold than too hot. You can always layer on more clothes or build a fire to get warm. You can only strip down so far, and when the temperature is in the high 90's or above with humidity over 80% there's not much you can do to get comfortable. If you don't have A/C it's just miserable.

I've seen 14 years too much snow. I hate snow. I can't stand it and every year it gets worse where I live. We had so much one year that my carport collapsed and we had to spend a bunch of money getting a new one. I like summer. It's warm and homey. Kinda like Hawaii only cooler. I want to go to Hawaii. I hear its beautiful and the water is very clear with an aqua tint.

Haha in hong kong theres no snow ='( but overall i like both weathers summer and winter (and spring and autumn =P) but in the summer i prefer it not too hot...but at least i can sweat and stuff for exercising and in winter if tehre was snow i'd love to go snowboarding and skiinnngggg!! i wanna go to japan too ^^
It's horribly cold in the winter here and usually really hot during the summer, so I don't really like either^^; I like Spring and Autumn more^^

I hate the cold! I'm from the South and have never seen snow. I disgust shivering, or feeling as though I'm helpless without the proper amount of layers on. I don't like that sting in my throat when I'm jogging, breathing heavy, and the air is bitterly cold. So me 
summer. Then again, I love Christmas! Nippy weather isn't bad. Just keep me away from biting coldness.

I love summer at the beach, and winter on the slopes, but I think my favorite time of year may be in the fall, when the weather is just turning brisk and there's a bit of a nip in the air, and the afternoons are absolutely perfectly balanced between hot and cold. Summer beach days are a pleasant memory, and the winter wonderland an anticipation.
Of course, the same sort of days happen in the spring, and are just as fine.

I love SPring too...
but Autum with its burned colors and Winter with its ice voat are not pretty bad too ;)

England has a mixture of everything, the weather is so unpredictable...the next minute it's sunny with partly clouds and the next minutes it's pouring down with rain. But if I had to choose between summer or winter, then i would have to go for winter, why. Because in the winter, you just dress up warmly so to escape the cold, it's nice when it's starts to snow, the trees outside looks like something in a christmas card. But when the snow melts and it leaves the road and sidewalks frozen and slippery, it's so annoying, you have to be careful not to trip. I despise summer, i prefer to wear winter clothes rather than summer clothes. And the fact that i don't have air conditioning that really sucks, so hot and sweaty...it's disgusting...i always have to avoid going outside, i get tanned very easily.
As much I like snow but don't like the cold weather, I got to go with the summer. In the summer you can go outside and enjoy it unlike the winter which mean you got to stay indoors for the snow to pass and than once the snow settles down you have to go outside and clean the drive-way so you can go outside and daily activities lol. Also I'm sensitive to bright lights so I got to wear sunglasses in the winter lol * the sun reflects the snow making it real bright for me to see*
