As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

For those of you that are leaving home soon... have left home and can remember it... ect.

My mom and little sister left to go camping for two weeks this past Friday (I'm left because of work sadly enough.) and I've had a revelation. When we teens are left alone for a few days... all we seem to eat is quick food. This meaning, Kraft Dinner, eggs, sandwiches, pizza pops, fries and gravy.

Well atleast this is what I've been eating. Everytime I go to make something like spaghetti for supper in the last few days I keep thinking 'But it's just me.' I don't know what made me think of it... or what possesed me to post this but it's here now. ^.^

I'm starting to worry about what I might end up eating on a regular basis once I head for college in September.

Does anyone else realize this? Or.. do what I've done without knowing it? o_o

<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->You're going to be eatting those 15 cents a pack, instant noodles.

Personally, I'm pretty independant so when I'm alone I don't really have any problems concerning food.

Instant noodles is so good <!--emo&:D--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

What else is good... rice with a bit of hot sauce, salt, tuna and vinegar. That's very good. Make yourself an omlet, thei reasy to make... beat 2 or 3 eggs, heat up a frying pan, pour the eggs in and let it cook. Then you can add like ham or anything you want. Flip it over when the bottom side is golden brown.

Easy stuff <!--emo&:P--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I eat apples and peanut butter. Apples because they're cheap and peanut butter because it's oh so yummy. <!--emo&^_^--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='happy.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Once you move out, you have to buy your own food, that usually equates to a little healthier eating. It also helps keep down the junk food - which is usually more expensive.

Remember though - don't shop when you're hungry. x_x

Also remember, it's cheaper to buy junk food in bulk. Don't buy single candy bars when you can save by getting them by the dozen <!--emo&:D--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

The average joe schmoe has to be a penny pincher if they don't want to hurt themselves down the road.

This is all dependant on the person. I can cook so I make full meals or relatively healthy snacks. I also shop and split the costs with my roomates so a whole week's worth of food for 5 people is pretty cheap.

I survived through 3 years of college!!

Hehe.. really good ideas you guys. *thumbs up* I'm gonna have to remember a few.
As for the whole meal deal things. The college that I'm going to doesn't really have one. The dorms are of.. buy it and cook it.

But don't worry, what you can easily do is eat sandwiches/salads everyday ^^; They're not bad for you and not really time-consuming to making. This is assuming you'll have fridge to store things. But I'm not in college so I know like nothing XD But I think it's better that you'll make your own food because it's healthier. Unless of course, you're a junk food addict ^^; But I guess it's important not to live off instant noodles, even if they are good (the Korean stuff is amazing :3).

I agree, I'm not really concerned with food either as long as I get something in my stomach.

You eat to live. You don't live to eat. <!--emo&:o--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ohmy.gif' /><!--endemo-->!

Those frozen cans of concentrated juice are the best things ever. Kool-aid is good stuff too.
