What Is "Creativity"?

I just wanna know from all of you guys, what is the meaning of the creativity itself, from what you see, what you learn, what you do, etc

here is my simple answer. it is the ability to do something that you haven't already learned and create it by yourself. this is applied to every aspect in the world. one can be creative in art or even math. through culture studies or something else. but it has to come from within you and no were else. you cant take the idea from something else and claim that you did it.

Creativity for me is a measure of how far we can imagine or do something that still not exist near of us, like doing something that in our community or family never done before. Creativity cannot be leart, it only can be done, because it's directly from your own brain, not the other. Yes it is, maybe you can get some inspiration from the other's creativity, but at last, you'll use your brain to develop the creativity of your own itself. ^^

Creativity...doing something that others havent done before...
To me creativity is like putting your ideas in order to come up with something new which othere have not been used before.
in other words, you can be creative by utilizing things around you in order to come up with a new one, design somethinig, invent somethin etc. which other people have not come across...XD
i believe that creativity of a person can be trained and we can't be creative over night. through practice, experience, experimentation and learning, you can be creative in a way somehow...:D

Creativity is something that is from you wether it be unique or not, or simply say using your imagination. It can also be the process of gathering and using old and new ideas, so basically creativity is the process of thinking and usin your imagination to come up with something new or old.
Creativity is adding an element of creative inspiration where you received from yourself. Normally say a wallpaper. when you want to create something, you look at stuffs, books, photos, songs, and sh*t like that, and you say, hey that looks great, maybe I can work with it.
Then you start making a wallpaper. as you finish it, you say, hey that looks a bit plain, let me add more, and more more, until you reach a stage where you just go entirely original and it becomes rather nice for you to just see something great on it, I think that is rather s sort of creativity, you make stuff happen. You make it great, you make stuff on your own. (not independence mind you)

You take what you have learned and you make something new out of it. Also, copping Omnidevil's work is considered creativity this days. I am calling deebs on his wall where the girl had big boobs!

That's kinda different in some ways to what we perceive creativity to be isn't it? To me, creativity is the ability to think of something original, something new to you, cause chances are someone else in the world would've thought of what you just did in the first place. It is the ability to dwelve into your mind, and pick something that happened to first be a stray thought to develop it into an idea, into a concept. That's creativity for me, I also believe that emotions influence greatly how creative you can be, not always, but generally.

Creativity, I think, is actually a somewhat misleading word. Everyone knows it relates to one's imagination's limits, hence how CREATIVE someone is. However, to me, it feels like creativity should me one's capacity to create things.

To me, creativity is a way wherein you can simply express yourself.
It's about being 'original' here...you don't need to copy other people.
You don't need to be an artist just to be creative.
Creativity is making or doing something which is from your own ideas or imagination...

As far as i know, creativity is thinking in a way that is different than someone elses and then expressing that creativity through some shape or form, giving it "life" in a way. It is making something unique through the means of thinking outside of the box, and viewing the world in a different way, from colors, to shapes, to size, to matter, and anything else that forms an image, or group of images.
Creative doesnt really have to mean "good" or "pretty" as far as i know. So long as it is different and unique in its own right, then it is some form of creativity, even if it is "ugly" or horrible
