How important is money to you?
Well, like most people seem to be saying, it's important to me simply because I need it to get by in this world. I've been working like crazy to get it, but more and more I've just become tired of it. It'd be nice to not need it, but, what can you do :P

I only want money to live a comfortable life and not have to worry about any of the crap that will come up in it.

Yes of course. Money gives us time to search for happiness when we earn it in a pasive way like real states or in our own business . Money Buys us time :D

Very important. At the very basic level, you need money to survive; to buy food and water. Unless you can get food, water and shelter for free, you can't live without money.

If you discount survival and financial support, then you have pretty much not considered the true value of money. Alof of people are unhappy about the lack of money, its mainly because of the many things that they can't do without it ( university education, medical healthcare, etc).
So i don't think you should weigh the importance of money in this way without including the above 2 factors ( survival & financial support)

Ah, the famous question of money vs.happiness...
I believe that money is important to a certain extent; beyond that, it won't help with obtaining happiness.
I think that having a good amount of money (middle-class) is necessary, at the least. How can you support yourself/others without it? Possessing enough money to live comfortably and with some splurges occassionally is what I deem necessary; having a high-class status in terms of money or having unlimited amounts of money really isn't going to make you happy. If you didn't need to work as hard, you would most likely lose passion, and you would become unhappy. Buying things with money only gives a temporary boost of happiness; soon, that feeling fades away, and you have to buy more things again to satisfy yourself. If you were a powerful person with heaps of cash and thus, security, but you had say, problems with relationships, emotional issues, etc., then money wouldn't help you then. It's all about finding a BALANCE between the two.

It helps me survive in the world
If I have extra, then I will probably spend it on something I really want

I consider money to be pretty important but I don't value it over many things like life. This was a pretty important topic years ago when slavery was still existent as many people valued money over someone's life back then, it's a good thing that slavery is long gone on a major scale as there are still many underdeveloped countries practicing it.

I guess that money is quite important to me. Because with money, you can buy hapiness (that means I am happy when I buy myself something that I like). But when I am in nature, I am really happy and I don't need money at that time. Hmm, that's difficult.

Money don't bring happiness, but it damn sure does help.

Money only provides happiness for the short while that you use it in my opinion.
I think its essential to secure security so that one can camly go about life, but in excess, money doesn't really do anything.

Since most of my hobbies are things to do with money, such as sewing, arcade games, whatever, money is fairly important to me. And I do feel a lot happier when I have a lot of money, since it means i have more opportunity to do things, such as going out or getting new clothes. And you can't deny it makes you happy, at least temporarily, to do stuff like that.
It sure would bring me joy in the short-term. After awhile i'm pretty sure i'd get bored of all these cash and things i cannot buy with just cash.
I have grown up and am still growing up, seeing my mother struggle with money and being able to afford being a single mother with four kids to support. Seeing what she has gone through, I find that money is very important to me. I only want money though to live comfortable, just a little more than getting by, I don't want to live in luxury or extravagance, but I don't want to worry about being in debt or paying the bills or paying for my children's college.
