I think your wallpaper got rejected because you have no signature. if you read the faq, you'll see that you have to put your sig on your wallpaper. other than that, i think it's fine. what did the rejection letter say? usually, that's a good guide to what you have to do to fix it.
Umm, that weird purple thing on the bottom, text-like, I guess, was cut in half.

I think it got rejected because of those resons; you don't have any sig on it, the wall is to bright, and from the text down that you have cut it. it looks like you just have found a scan and made it more bright.. and wala it's a wall! and i think the mod did think too like this...
