This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The thing in the upper left corner should be romoved. it doesn't fit in, i can't tell what it is.
is the character vectored or a scan? it dosn't look so well, too. his face is what i didn't like so much. then i would remove the blood. blood fits to grunge bg's but to those circle bg's not that much. i see manny brushes, maybe to me to many. how about re arrange them? i think i wasn't that helpful, i'm sorry. just said what bothers me.
a city maybe could work, too. just try how it looks best.

Yeah, I guess thats true. But It had alot of space, so I had to put something on it.
Its not a really a vector, I didnt vector. It a scan for the manga except it was black and white so I just colored it.
It was also actually suppose to be circles, but it would take a long time cuz I dont have any circles brushes.
Still a beginner, so I have not idea to make a city @__@;;.

Its okay, its an opinion. I just needed an opinion and a comment If I needed to change anything.

I see, then it isn't your fault with the scan. hmm the most vector/circle bg's don't need to be filled that much.
well for the city you can use a stock image and try to vector it. just lay a layer over it and start like you were colorize it or extract it and put in and make a color overlay. and maybe if you like put on some details like windows. there are many ways to make it. i think it isn't that hard to do. i'm a newbie, too. and i once tried one and it wasn't that bad. you also can try to do it with the pen tool or the 3d render effect.
