Hello everyone :) .. im new here and yesterday i made my first wallpeper for this site and it took me about 3 hours to make :P ... but i got a "Rejection Notification" .. lol ..xD
so i came here to get your opinions on how to fix it up so it can match the "quality standards" xD .

Really a good vector, i like it.
The background is a little bit weird but if you like it's ok.
May be another font for the text or not ? It's up to you.

While you did a decently good job with the vectoring, the mod who rejected you probably thought the background was too simple. The best way to confirm why you got rejected is to PM the mod who rejected it, give them the link to this thread here, and politely ask for their crit and suggestions.
Personally, I rather like the way the background is nicely color coordinated with the character vector. There are a few minor glitches in the light border around the character that I spotted that you might want to fix, though:

with the bg i wated somthing semple and kinda look like its out of a cartoon .
he said somthing about the thumb of the character and i fixed it .. but sure i will ask him to pay us a visite maybe he can give us what he think ^.^ .
