It's a good scene of nana but it looks a little bit blurry.
Have you used the photoshop effect like aquarelle or ...
If yes, do not use an effect directly to the whole thing ...
Try to play with blending options & effects; it would look better.

I like the effect on the chara but I think it render the wall too much… uniform.
Maybe you should try to make another background without your paint effect ;)

Hmm is it okay if i see the original scan? I just want to see what it looked like before this.
Hmm you know I saw this and thought, some one get me some 3D glasses because thats what it looks like and I don't mind. All I can say is the clean up the scan its blurry or at least in my eyes. Try the make the backround a little more noticeable, like make it less sketchy so we know what there laying on.
Something that I think would be cool is if you got a sketchy font and put it so it goes along the curve of the girls body.

That is a very sexy picture you chose to wall. Good choice of picture however I feel that if you submit this wallpaper it will get rejected because very little has been done with the original picture. The color theme is good although you might need to tone down the contrast a little bit because there are some ares that appear too strong and concentrated. I can suggest that you can put different patterns or textures on the wallpaper maybe a different pattern for Nana's dress and a different pattern for Ren. I can do away with the lines because the picture itself is enough. Keep it up and I look forward to the end piece.

Yeah, it looks kinda blurry, and i can almost imagen that it's just a scan that has been cleaned of abit and then a mass load of filters on it, dont do that filter, it's not really good and it's out of focus, you cant see the person that good
