Watched this back in December 2007 and loved it, I brought it to my friends house when there were a bunch of people over, they watched one episode just to see what it was about, and ended up pulling an all nighter finishing the series. GAR.

Wow, I just started watching this, i am 7 episodes into it and i love it. Unfortunately my Episode 8 has decided not to work :(

I just discovered, and finished watching the whole series. I didnt really care for the part of it after the 7 years later point as much. But it was still O.K.

Wow... Evil Nia? Didn't see that one coming. Viral is becoming interesting (and more baddass by the second) though, I wonder why he was protecting the humans that wanted to live underground. I don't really like the new mechs that Gimmy and Darry are pilotting (Grapels right?). I hope the Ganmens from the from the previous arc will return.

Kamina was one of the best uses of a plot device I have ever seen in an anime. Kamina was epic, but he was a complete character, can't have growth with a character like that. People need to remember Simon is the protagonist not Kamina.

I love Kamina, but Simon will always be number one in my heart. He started like this super cute kid full of insecurities and ended up as a handsome badass with a will of steel. Too bad all characters age like crazy at the end.

Oh dear God, I started this anime just a few days ago, and I AM SO IN LOVE~! xDDDD I'm barely hitting episode 12 as I'm taking my time with it, but goodness, what an incredible anime.
My interest and curiosity for Gurren Lagann were sparked at AX08, which took place last weekend in LA. I attended Shoko Nakagawa's concert "Shokotan" and the promotion for this anime was all over the screens when she sang "Sorairo Days" and the theme song to the movie (first time performing it too!). Definitely amazing, so I just had to check it out to relieve my withdrawal from AX. :P

I love this anime!!l...howevere the only thing that i didn't like...was that a lot of the characters died...even nia...and the fought alot for save her and yoko didn't stay with somebody...poor her
I finished GL along with the original japanese broadcast and loved it. I have re-watched it a few times and even introduces a bunch of my friends to it.
Ehh, as for Sci-Fi's english dub though... I'm not liking it so much... :d

I've seen it 4 times already and every time it was incredibly awesome. This is the best anime I've seen so far. Though it lack a lil' bit of drama, it's so epic, that it's hard to notice any disadvantages :)

Hmm donno i never go passed ep 5 i didn't have time to contiue downloaing this show, but i think i will continue once i finish black lagoon season 1 and 2
I've been watching this show with a friend recently as it's been playing on the Sci-Fi channel's Ani-Mondays. They just finished episode 8, I believe - the one where ... something "big" happens (spoiler). We couldn't believe it.
Amazing show so far, can't want to watch the rest.
