I LOVE this anime! It's so freakin amazing!
I love the fact that a drill is like.. The main weapon of the show, it's different. >XD When I first saw this anime, I thought of the PSP/PC game Gurumin since the drill that Simon uses to dig looks like the weapon in that game haha. The shades are so freakin cool as well! They were so awesome I just had to make my own pair... So I grabbed contruction paper and glue and made them! They look pretty decent too... Well anyway, Simon rocks! And Lagann!

Yoko's obviously been learning how to wear normal clothes...although I like the other look better...Simon as the only guy who can kick ass in the anime is getting a little annoying for the good guys...So what if the otha dude went blooey, there could be another kid out there who can fight as well as Simon, or a Lagann as good as that freakin nazi drill...RAGHAGHA, this is a very good anime though...top 15 for me i thinks...

Just saw episode 21. No spoilers, but damn it's good to have Yoko back. I can't believe the series is almost over already, but at the same time that means there's epic amounts of ass going to be kicked in the next few episodes. Should be fun.

I love the anime, it's just so remarkable. Everything about is such in inspiration, almost every time Simon finds his light (to drill through his problems :P), it always comes in with a nice rushing inspiration of happiness and confidence, which makes me almost tear up for how great it is. Anyways, it is now one of my top 3 favorites. Anywho, I have a question : Does the manga go further than the anime?
From what I've seen, they're currently developing a manga.
It clearly started as an anime, and is going to be adapted, I think. Again, as far as I can tell from what I've seen. *Shrug.*

I wonder what are the chances of this extending past the 26 episode mark?
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann........ wow, is one of the best animes I watched! I really like the originality of the story, the design of the character and the battle betwen mechas.
I also love Yoko-san, she have something that makes me crazy!! Do you know that the opening is sing by Nagakawa Shouko, an idol knowing in Japan because her love for the anime and the cosplay?
She really love Dragon Ball, and love do cosplay of Asuka form Evangelion, Youko from Gurren Lagann and other character of anime. She also have a five track albums where she sings songs of various animes, including the ending of Dragon Ball, the opening of Evangelion, the opening of Gurren Lagann, etc.

I Have just one thing to say...Great!
I really liked it form the very first second!, but I One thing I really hate,...is when they killed Kamina. Why?! WHY?! I love him, much more then simon. But now that hes grown up some, hes pretty cool too :P

At first this series confused me especially in the 4th episode I think it was and the animation got all not good but the rest of the episodes are the same awesomeness. I absolute love Viral. The poor guy gets kicked around though. And for I while I stopped watching because of what happened to Kamina. But I kept watchin'!
