This will be an awesome movie because spider man will be black in this movie just like in the comic and i know this because i saw the trailer but we have to wait a whole year for the movie to come out and if you want to know how cool is the movie watch the trailer.

Ya i hope tis like the begining of Venom, ther is an Enemy named Sandman, and Black Spiderman battling with himself, as well as green goblin, im sure you can al guess who it is. This may be the last spiderman movie, they mentioned in a article i read today (USAtoday) but im hoping that venom will appear and there will be a spinoff movie with him. The exact date of release is May 4th 2007 (from teh same article as sited above) but it looks cool, thats for sure, it will probably dominate next summer.

Hmm... I thought venom was another guy who got infected by that thing O_O Looking really cool though... can't wait to watch it XD

if i remember correctly the parasite that makes spiderman black, was forced out of spiderman after an internal struggle, then attaches to Eddy Brock, but has some spiderman like powers that it inherited from spiderman, he had no powers of his own, originally and gets all his powers from the symboite (black stuff). it was brought ot earth on a space shuttle from somewhere (a space shuttle crashed in the second movie right?) also i think it's weakness is sound, this is from the animated TV series

Man, I don’t know, sandman is not a good villain, the best one is venom and green goblin, I hope venom is part of this movie, I don’t want to wait another 3 years to see spiderman 4 with venom as the main villain, I want to see it now.

At least I want to see spiderman with 9 arms because of the virus that affects him, he goes crazy, that would be cool to see.

Anyway, i heard that venom will be on the third and i hope they don't ruin the movie concentrating too much on special effects and not on the storyline ...

Actually the second was worst than the first, the movie was slow, and there was the problems peter had with his powers, in the first movie everything was new and fresh, the second it was just the same thing but less interesting, and I never liked octopus anyway, green goblin is much better.

Im pretty sure 6 arm (not 9) spiderman is not in this movie, as for spiderman 4 it's been hinted that this is last of the movies they said they planned on making it a trilogy and they cant really think of anything good enough to make another movie about. im guessing if ther eis venom it will be a limited part near the end which will probably result in a spinoff movie.

How long does it appear, however, is another question entirely.
That's why I say there will be a Spiderman 4, as it has been hinted by the director et al.
But... On the same Token... Why put the infamous church scene in which Spiderman tries to remove the Symbiote suit in the trailer using the bell's really strong sound (The Symbiote's only weakness, it seems, is rapidly vibrating particles moving through the air at a certain range and period)?
Well, I can only say that the way they will work 4 villains into a single movie and still make it awesome is the subject of rampant speculation in various websites on the subject. There's also the question of who the fourth villain will be... (Personally, I think it just might be the Lizard)
I'm glad they're using one of the less known yet more interesting villains for this movie, though. Sandman is one of the few Spiderman villains who has some hope at doing good, and has one of the most destructive powers of them all.

Yeah, anyone who went to that panel at Comic Con knows that that film will be THE movie next year and possibly retake all the records Pirates took from Spider-Man this year. I won't say what happened or what was shown, but WOWWY WOW WOW!

The movie looks pretty awsome. I love the dark feel they are going to add to it.

This movie does look really good, but I hope that they don't try to cram too much into it. There is atleast 3 villans already with speculation of 4-5 villans in the end product... over-craming a movie with plot is a major negative if done improperly.

But apart from that, this movie is looking to be the best movie of the trilogy.

The trailer does look awesome :-P Hope this isn't the last movie since I really do want to see the other symbiote, carnage, on the big screen one day.
