This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Hey there, these are just some of the OS-Tan wallpapers that i made, based on pictures i got from this site : OS-Tan reference pics

I'm naturally a minimallist so i don't like alot on the wallpapers, also i prefer them to the right of the desktop due to stuff i put on the left ^^

Just thought i'd share them, and bear in mind they're less than an hours work of effort into making them as well lol. I also did them out of boredom xD

Oh, and incase you were wondering what this OS-tan is all about, here's some OS-tan information!

Without further a delay~

An OS-tan wallpaper based on the windows Oses ;)

Haha... i might have ;) it depends if i find a picture i want to do them on. But most of them are gonna be quite plain though, being quite the minimalist that i am :)

I prever plain backgrounds so i can see my icons xD at the moment i'm just designing my own OS-tans :P

If you find one which is worth making into a wallpaper i wouldn't mind making it :)

EDIT: I didn't like the slighlty pixelated look of the Kitsune-mimi Firefox-tan so i'm revectoring her ;) see how that turns out.

And so i completely remade the globe, remade the text again, remade the background world map and basically revectored the whole Kitsune-mimi firefox tan and here i have the new versions of the Firefox-tan wallpaper.

I'll still put up the previous ones so that you can compare and tell me your thoughts ;)

Oh and btw, the new widescreen wallpaper for Firefox-tan is now available in the chunky resolution of 1680x1050 ;D

Overall, the wallpaper (image and background-wise) seems to carry a slight hint of blurriness. A sharper and more crisp image as the background would have helped greatly. As for the FF image, vectoring it would be the best alternative to achieve HQ crispness.

Haha... i didn't quite like the massive crispness, so i actually put some gaussian blur on them to dull it abit. Was abit of an eyesore i thought to have all of the parts crisp :P
