Super Smash Bros is awesome! I play it on my wii all the time. My favorite character is Dr. Mario and my strategy is ledge camping. What about you guys? What are your strategies?
I agree, Super Smash Bros is awesome. But this is not the place to make topics like this, the video game pad would suffice.
I'm making a ssb wall right now, and when i play i just beat up whoever's near me. not as much strategy as reaction, but i'm almost always 1st place, so it seems to work.

Yeah I like the game alot when I was younger. Both of them actually. I played the first much more because I was about 11 then and it was much more fun. I think I've grown out Mario games, but I'd really like to try to play it again sometime. I used to love to play as Link and Pikachu.
It isn't really a Mario game, he's just in it.
I love Super Smash Bros. Graphics aren't great, but I love the gameplay. Maybe it's just because it's the oldest game I have apart from Diddy Kong Racing. Who else plays as Captain Falcon? Speedy and has that FALCON PUNCH! For the N64 one, I've got this thing to get the person up to the 90-100% range if I pull it off right.
Another good character for the N64 one is Fox with his shield. Just get the guy to the edge of the level, use the shield, and send them off the edge lol

I play as Link, and though i'm sometimes accused of whoring the spin-attack, i'm more often accused of winning. Haha, that makes me sound like an arrogant ass. Anyway, i don't use Link's bow or boomerang near as much as i use his bombs and spin-attack, and i otherwise prefer to just get up-close and personal with standard attacks.
I play it on GCN, and have never been exactly good at it XD I used to lose my character and go off stage while wondering where and who my character was and then nearly smashing the controller on my friends' heads because I mysteriously lost lives. -o-
A friend lent it to me a couple of weeks ago and I've gotten somewhat better. I play as Roy or as Link most of the time, because it's quite simple to kick some ass with Roy and then totally smash them off the screen with his charged B attack.

I play most of the time with Ganondorf because I like evil characters .I can not wait for

I have play a long time with pikachu.
After a while i even could sucess event match 52 with pikachu. And without l-cancel, wavedashig or other tricks. :]

Roy, Falco and mewtwo were my faves on the last one, but Solid snake is going to steal all my time in the new one.

or set the game mode to small and poison mushrooms on max spawn as mewtwo just charge up to the max and you have a shield, and fire it to be almost unmissable :D

I never grabbed the Gamecube so I currently only have it for the N64. Back then, it was positively addictive. My favourite character was Samus Aran. Everything about her was awesome.
I main Falcon on Melee and the first SSB, when I get Brawl I'll try Meta Knight first, he looks so awesome!
