Ive been watching naruto since day 1 when it first came out with subtitles. I must say that at first I was like this is stupid, but as the story and plot developed in grew to love the show. Its now almost at episode 200 and its getting a bit dull. The episodes are getting silly and there's no more action like when it first started. How come they havent gone back to the sasuke theme, of him wanting more power so he can defeat his brother? Its been dragging for quite some time.

Your not alone.
They do fillers for an important reason.
In Japan the manga always has to be 6 months ahead of the anime, order to do this they will have to either stop showing it ( anime ) until 6 months have passed or show fillers that arent important in the storyline until the manga gets ahead. Be patient.

Well even the manga have fillers now that i think about it...but well just don't watch the fillers..anyway theres nothing inside of it

Ok for any who care this might be a RAy of HopE in the Naruto series:

I have seen episode titles up till episode 197 - Kakashi's Birthday.
But nothing past this. This could mean an end to the fillers maybe?

I'm downloading 196 now so by next week we should know for sure.

Again this is just theory or rumor, not truth or fact. But it is returning some lost passion in my heart for the series.
Here's to Praying it's true.
