Is my personal opinion and I am aware that many of you likes the whole drama but isn't it going a bit to far in SnS, after all we know that the hero and heroine always end up together.
So why don't they just have a bit more of... umm... feeling!? (you know like in Zero no Tsukaima), well after all imo the first SnS was slightly funnier.
I know is silly but just wanted to know what the rest of you feels like!

Heh... Well... How do you say it? Sometimes it's better the things are like that? Well there has to be someone else than the heroine liking the main character to add a little spice in it... Well that's what I think, but that sometimes causes people to stop watching though...
Lol, thats fun of this anime .. love and hate... xD its just cool ... i thnk yuuji have to decide, since he is apparently a dumb ass that didnt notice all the situation and still think some stupid things... in the end he will decide the cute one or the hot one xD

Alot of male main characters, in other series and such, are oblivious to the fact that a certain girl or girls like him, i wonder why they make them so dumb in that regard?
anyway they do need to have another girl competing against the main heroine to add more feeling into the series and it makes the moment when they do get together more dramatic.

Well, as an anime series, I think it blows lol. But for some reason, I must say that I am nevertheless a fan of the Shana series...not because that it's a good anime, but rather, there's entertainment value and "fan appreciation" in it...

Ummm... I am not saying I don't get the whole striving for a true love or the usual love triangle, is just that " I " think this guy is somewhat slower (perhaps more inexperienced) that your usual inexperienced anime character.
so is taking some time to pick up momentum for further development of the series and what I expect will be hilarious scenes.

I think yuuji should really pick up on his observation skills. Usually, anime characters do realise someone liking them after a certain time, but seriously, yuuji is just extreme. So, that's my point. But I find Yoshida really really annoying. Why can't she just let them be together and get over it?
It's rather customary for many anime's to not have those who you want to end up together, to actually end up together. They just end it, leaving you hanging. They'll complete the series, but won't satisfy your desire for the main guy and girl to get together. That's where School Days comes in. Watch that, and you'll get what your after, plus a whole lot more.

Well... we don't want them together like -snaps-, right? Or else there'd be no development/plot to the story. (: I think slow development is pretty good. There are hints that Yuji knows... kinda. XD

I think everyone has pretty well hit on the point here, but it's pretty much how any Japanese originating "like" storyline will go. If any characters end up "hooking up" it will happen at the end of the story, that or they'll leave you still wondering about who ends up with who. Typically anime fans actually like it this way because once two characters get together the magic is over in a way.
