What types of anime are you into? Do you want a long series or something short? If I was on a limited time for anime I think that I would go for Ergo Proxy. It's a great series so far. With 23 episodes it's not to long or short. It's a dark show with many mysteries. Here is a summary :)

I'm going to exclude the ones that are on hiatus or the list will be pretty long and pointless. For a hand full of shows recently I have a tendency to stop 5-10 eps before the finale. I think I have problems letting go. O_O
