Hmmm it looks quite well but there is something still missing. Try changeing the font or add something behind it , I don`t know.

I`ll give you 7/10 :)

I don't like the side bar at the right...it's too intrusive.

The image itself isn't too bad. Try this tutorial to see how to make it just look a little nicer. (I always prefer duplicating the layer, then putting a 12px gaussian blur filter on screen and 70% opacity :D)

Also, the checkered background is too "in your face" at the moment. Usually, simple is best. Try drawing some diagonal stripes of various widths/styles across the bg using the pen tool.

But overall, generally clean, and get rid of that black 'tenjou tenge' bar
