I'm sorry to say this, but this isn't even a wallpaper in my opinion. A screencap and some text is not what a wallpaper is. The quality of the capture is really blurry and i couldn't see what is was at first.
And please add some info about what you have done, so it's easier to comment on what to change and how to do it.

Mm kinda agree with ed9e, i also think that the quality doesnt meet the standard, but as ed said you should read FAQ, check out the wallpapers part and improve that wallpaper, maybe improve the wallpaper as it is and change the font of the text, that ruins it all, follow the instructions given and you will be able to improve it!

I agree with ed9e and kaorux read the FAQ and look at some wallpapers on AP to get inspiration... anyway what programe did you use??

It's an old program, but i like it better then any newer ones i've tried. i use PhotoImpression 4.

Still to blurred and the picture quality is bad. I suggest googling for better stock pics
