Hhhmmm..In my opinion..I don't really like the way you put the outline especially on the feathers...doesn't look good to me...then the background doesn'y fit well with you scan..I think you should change it to another one..something that will match to it...well..good luck on that!

Background looks to realistic, compared to the front extraction image. You probally need to draw your own background to make it more fitting.

Remove the purple outline, and make a better extraction of your scan

Your work is very good but...

The purple lines that surround to Misuzu see bad and the bottom that you placed to him is very realistic...

a style tries vector and sides as they leave the things... =)

Ah, this scan. it's pretty much been totally overused =s but *shrugs*

as said many times before, the thick purple outline around the girl and the feathers must go. it destroys the wall, and looks jagged in places. it isolates the scan from the bg and makes it look flat, especially in combination with the glow you have outside of that, which needs to go as well.

the stock clouds in the bg needs to be of higher and sharper quality to be effective and to look nice. and from this, you seem to be going for stormy clouds rather than beautiful serene clouds...so you'll need to make the contrast greater etc to enhance the stock.

for now, the bg and the foreground stand separate and there is no sense of unity. so you'll need to work on making the two fit together better. i hope this hasn't sounded too harsh and i'm sorry if it did. good luck. =)
