While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Not bad, but the extraction of the scan could stand to be a bit cleaner/smoother in a couple spots, and the background feels a little... "odd" being so barren. I think adding some grass to the background of the bottom left would help things out quite a bit.

Hmmm...not bad on that wall...
well..how about adding a text there..I htink it would look great if there will be...

Looks nice! = ) but those orange looking things that falls from the bird doesnt seem to much the BG.and may be adding some effects on the skies might be nice too (just my opinion). : )

Hum the grass is too blurry make it a little more smoother
be careful when you extracted a scan look at megami's hair there are somes blurry parts
and finally maybe you can remove some orange spot i think there are too many
