Well i am guessing you drawn the character yourself, try vectoring the line art and then colour the image. Probally will look a lot smoother then it looks currently. Good luck with the vectoring :)

I think the character is need more improvement.
The background is also need more atmosphere

Umm... i don't know if you drew the character yourself but... extraction of character is bad... i can cleary see the white line over the character... and also hair of this character is cutted off...

and... well... i guess you could put more effort on background

btw lets use imageshack... if you didn't made it 800 X 600 from the start photobucket resized the image again

The character is original, I know the hair is cut off, I did that by mistake, I was going to fix it when I know how to improve it aswell. but thanks for the comments and I will do my best to make it better =)

First of all, I would make the wallpaper a little bigger. At least 1024x768? Not that many people have such small desktops from what I know.

Did you draw the character yourself? Well, first of all, it needs to be extracted a little better. Do you still see the whlie lines around the character? The colouring and lines are also a little scratchy to me, and it just looks a little chunky and big. The eyes' colouring is a bit weird as well. I would suggest vectoring the whole thing.

The background looks like it has no idea right now. It just looks like a bunch of splatters. I don't have any suggestions for the background, but just keep working on it. More effects, more of an idea? Much luck with it.
