Uhm are the size ration correct? :) You probally need to adjust the size ration and probally need a better quality image. I am guessing you draw the entire background? :) hmmm it looks nice, but i think it doesnt really match with the character, just my two cents.
Is this a wallpaper? It seems to have the wrong dimensions. It's taller than it is wide, which doesn't make sense to me.

First the size of your wall is not good i advise you to correct it
then about the wall it needs some improvement
like the sea, i suppose it, so make it a little more realistic and looks really like a sea, then about the city it misses some details with the lights and some details on the structure
finally the sky, add some clouds or birds, because in your case it is a little empty and not really detailled

Hmm...the clouds and the background types seem different, so it kind of clashes, the colors don't seem to match very well. I really liked the concept though!
