It looks really plain and simple, and i think that is immedialty the problem. I do not know if animepaper will accept this because, it really takes not that much effort to make. Get a scan paste it on top of a black layer and add some text. So it is also hard to say what you could improve on this wallpaper, because the idea is simple. Perhaps redrawing the window to make it seem to fit in the black background better, i dunno.

Good luck with your wallpaper and hopefully you can think of something that makes this wallpaper work better :)

You have placed the stuff nicely but its low effort like Huarru said , you need to conpare this with the walls in AnimePaper antel you feel like its worth it :) .

try to work more on the background , a texture might help too :) .
