It looks that the wallpaper has a lot going on right now, lots of brushes and effects in there. Uchiha seems a bit hidden behind a lot of these effects.

I think I am seeing something that looks like a chidori and the clouds are a mist around him? I like the idea but it looks a bit messy right now.(e.g. the splash right in his face that connects a bit weird with his sweater).

Hope these comments help and like to see any further progress :)
