But the most interesting thing about them is that these humans were thought to have come from Egypt after "a mysterious light flashed in the sky during a moonless night thousands of years ago." The purple-eyed humans also had very fair skin, and were thought to be spirits because of their appearance. The so-called "spirit people" eventually went north and vanished without a trace.
So could this mutation come from somewhere else besides Earth?

Remember... don't believe everything you read over the internet. At the very least, if the source has been peer reviewed and is from a legit and credible source/journal (i.e. Journal American Chemical Society, PNAS) OR at the very least Google Scholar.
But hey... if you're having fun, why not eh?
If this was true a pure breeding (i.e. homozygous for the supposed traits) is merely "impossible" by means of sexual reproduction to inbreed another of this "superguys" and if their genes are somehow within the genetic pool of the population of X country then: since they haven't been seen previously I assume they are recessive alleles thus by random drift and given that the people who might have had them wouldn't have any advantage unless they were homozygous the gene would be already depleted from the gene pool of such population.*Lack of menstruation cycle (in women)

As it turns out, in some of these people, the mutation is actually causing the digestive system to produce no waste.
Now that is just impossible. . .

In English please...lol.
That "fanfic" squeezed in there should be enough to make anyone supsicious.
That being said, it would be sooo cool if it was actually true. Why aren't there cool things like that in our world?! Seems all the fascinating ideas are real only in books or movies.. Sadly.
Though I think another reason we rarely think any phenomenon is cool or special is because we always do so much research on everything. I mean, sure it's fun to learn about new things, but do we REALLY wanna know how everything works? There wouldn't be any mysteries left then, if we knew everything there was to know about our world.
I've seen people on tv with purple eyes, but that might just be contacts...
